1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Easy Draft (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service displays public FPL Draft information and offers schedules, live scoring views, projections, analytics, draft tools and waiver suggestions. Features may be incomplete, experimental, delayed, changed or discontinued. The Service is unofficial and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League.
3. Accounts and selected teams
You are responsible for your Clerk account and its security. An Entry ID is a public identifier, not proof of identity or ownership. Connecting an Entry ID merely selects the team whose public data the Service will display. You must not claim that the Service has verified you as that team’s manager.
4. Read-only access
The Service does not request your official FPL password and cannot submit lineups, waivers, trades or other account changes. Actions planned in the Service must be completed separately on the official FPL website. Never send us an FPL password or session cookie.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, bypass security or rate limits, interfere with its operation, scrape it excessively, introduce malicious code, violate another person’s rights, impersonate another person, or use public Draft data to harass, profile or harm someone. You must comply with applicable law and third-party terms.
6. Data and intellectual property
Premier League, FPL, club and player names, marks, images and underlying data belong to their respective owners. The Service’s original interface, code and analysis remain subject to applicable ownership and licences. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service personally and lawfully.
7. Projections and decisions
Projections and recommendations are estimates based on available data and assumptions. Injuries, lineups, fixtures, scoring decisions and source data can change or be wrong. You remain responsible for every fantasy-football decision. Nothing in the Service is financial, betting, medical or professional advice.
8. Availability and third parties
The Service depends on third parties including FPL data sources, Clerk, Vercel and database infrastructure. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent data retention or continued access to any endpoint. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy notices.
9. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, fitness, availability or non-infringement. We are not liable for lost fantasy points, missed waivers, incorrect decisions, lost data, interruption, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service or third parties, or to address misuse or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of account-linked data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and disputes
We may update these Terms as the Service develops. Material changes will be shown through an updated effective date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights in your country continue to apply. Please first raise disputes through the project contact page so we can try to resolve them informally.
